Rules

Break immersion, break trust. Staff enforce these — no exceptions for “jokes.”

01 — Respect

No harassment, hate speech, or OOC toxicity. Disputes stay civil or go to staff tickets.

02 — Value of life

Fear for your character. No RDM, VDM, or suicide to escape scenes.

03 — No metagaming

Discord / stream / OOC knowledge stays OOC. Play only what your character knows.

04 — NLR

After death, wait the NLR timer. Do not return to the same scene or revenge immediately.

05 — Powergaming

No forced emotes, impossible actions, or denying others a fair chance to react.

06 — Crime & LEO

Major crimes need initiation and reason. Cop baiting and fail RP get you removed.

07 — Exploits

No cheats, dumps, or abusing bugs. Report exploits to staff — don’t farm them.

08 — Store & donations

Purchases never buy immunity. Rules apply equally to VIP and free players.

Most answers live in Discord. Open a ticket if something’s broken or unfair.

How do I buy something from the store?

Open the Store, click Buy via Discord, then open a ticket and name the package. Staff will confirm payment and deliver in-city.

I can’t connect — what now?

Confirm FiveM is updated, try connect play.kodafivem.com in F8, and check Discord #status for downtime.

Do VIP players get special rules?

No. Supporters get cosmetics and queue help. Rules and bans apply the same to everyone.

How do I appeal a ban?

Use the Unban Appeal product or open an appeal ticket in Discord. Paying for review does not guarantee an unban.

Terms of Service

By using the Koda Roleplay website, Discord, or FiveM server, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet Discord and FiveM age requirements and follow applicable law.

2. Conduct

You agree to follow server rules. Staff may remove access for rule breaks, cheats, or harassment.

3. Purchases

Store packages are arranged via Discord. Digital goods are delivered after confirmed payment. Prices may change.

4. No immunity

Purchases do not buy rule exemptions, unbans, or staff decisions.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the latest version.

Privacy

We collect only what’s needed to run the community: Discord IDs you share, in-game identifiers required by FiveM, and purchase notes for delivery.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. Staff access is limited to moderation and support.
